Gurkha Nepalese Curry

Giri was a Gurkha until 2003 and has worked at Stanford Hall for 15 years as a groundsman. He lives onsite with his family. He had an idea to cook his delicious nepalese curries to raise money after the earthquake in Nepal and after very positive feedback started cooking regularly. With the help of the owner of Stanford Hall, he is able to contribute 20% of profits from this business to health and education programmes in his childhood village in Nepal. Choose from delicious chicken, lamb or vegetarian curries with steamed rice. We are so glad to have Giri involved in our first Elderflower Fields Midlands.
