I’m real icecream is made to the traditional Italian gelato recipe using completely natural clean ingredients. Sabrina and her brother Tony come from a family of Italian icecream makers and they have won regional and national awards since they started in 2016. They pride themselves on sourcing locally; they’re milk and cream come from the local dairy farm and their honey comes from Northamptonshire bees. They peel, chop, roast and bake all their fresh ingredients and the result is an array of interesting flavours and a much lighter icecream.
I’m real icecream has also created ‘super real’ characters to spread the word on how to help the planet in different ways, such as tree planting and recycling.
