From stewards to performers, managers & vendors, we’re always looking for new people to come and work or volunteer at Elderflower Fields and join our huge festival family. Please use the relevant application forms or emails below to apply to work with us, or if you think you have something which you could offer which doesn’t fit into one of those categories, then you can get in touch with us here.
Being part of our volunteer and stewarding team is a great way to enjoy all Elderflower Fields has to offer (for free!…) whilst becoming part of the amazing community which comes together to make the festival happen. It’s a hugely rewarding experience and we can guarantee that you’ll have an amazing time as well as make great friends.
Put simply, we simply couldn’t produce the festival without our wonderful and energetic volunteers. But we try to give something back too, so if you’re looking to learn particular skills or get experience in live events, speak to us!

Our ambition for Elderflower Fields is to provide a unique family experience that opens children and their parents’ minds to new opportunities in sport, music, the arts, nature and food. We want to get more kids out into the beautiful countryside and inspired by trying new activities. If you would like to run an activity or workshop at Elderflower Fields we’d love to hear from you.
